#254: That Time We Watched Gone in 60 Seconds

This week we’re ending our Summer of Blockbusters with the 2000 action heist film Gone in 60 Seconds. Directed by Dominic Sena, the film is about a retired master car thief who must come back to the industry and steal fifty cars with his crew in one night to save his brother’s life. It stars Nicolas Cage, Angelina Jolie, Giovanni Ribisi, Robert Duvall, Vinnie Jones, Delroy Lindo, Chi McBride, and Will Patton. The film is a loose remake of the 1974 H. B. Halicki film of the same name.
