This week Stanley Kubrick finally returns to the podcast with Zach’s pick of the 1956 classic film noir The Killing. Directed by Stanley Kubrick and written by Kubrick and Jim Thompson the film tells the story of crook Johnny Clay, who assembles a five-man team to plan and execute a daring racetrack robbery. The film stars Sterling Hayden, Coleen Gray, and Vince Edwards, and features Marie Windsor, Elisha Cook Jr., Jay C. Flippen and Timothy Carey.
