#269: That Time We Watched Treasure Planet

For the second entry of our Animation Month we watched the much forgotten Disney animated 2002 film Treasure Planet. A science fiction adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson’s adventure novel Treasure Island (1883), the film was co-written, co-produced and directed by John Musker and Ron Clements, and features the voices of Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Brian Murray, David Hyde Pierce, Martin Short, Roscoe Lee Browne, Emma Thompson, Michael Wincott, Laurie Metcalf, and Patrick McGoohan (in his final film role).
