This week we watched the 2009 “romcom” (500) Days of Summer starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Zooey Deschanel. Directed by Marc Webb from a screenplay written by Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber, the film uses a nonlinear narrative structure to tell the story of  a male protagonist and his memories of a failed relationship.  The two leads have a supporting cast that includes Chloë Grace Moretz, Matthew Gray Gubler, Clark Gregg, Geoffrey Arend and Minka Kelly.
