#169: That Time We Watched Halloween & Halloween II
We know it’s now November 2nd but it’ll always be Spoopy Month in our hearts and Zach figured since we did a show for the crappy 2018 film then why not do one for the original and its true sequel 1978’s Halloween and 1981’s Halloween II. Directed and scored by John Carpenter and starring Donald Pleasence and Jamie Lee Curtis the plot follows Michael Myers who was committed to a sanitarium for murdering his teenage sister on Halloween night when he was six years old. Fifteen years later, he escapes and returns to his hometown, where he stalks a female babysitter and her friends, while under pursuit by his psychiatrist then following survivor Laurie to the local hospital, while his psychiatrist Dr. Loomis continues his pursuit of him.
